Through a series of creative singing exercises, we'll explore your vocal range, find resonance in your tone, and connect with your breath to fuel your sound.

hey, I'm lainey
I've been singing my whole life. Except when I wasn't.
After years of honing my craft as a professional opera singer and classical musician, I reached a point where I had worked so hard to mold my voice into what I thought it was supposed to be that I lost my way as an artist and stopped singing altogether.
I buried my gifts and tried to carry on without music. But my desire to sing kept coming back, and the pain of holding it in became too strong to bear.
So I started writing songs. I started making the kind of music I wanted to sing. As I let go of perfectionism and self-doubt, I found my own unique artistic voice.
Little by little, I regained my confidence and found my courage again.
I rediscovered the joy of creative expression ~ free from judgment and fear. I blazed a trail to liberate my voice from the box I had placed it in ~ and now I'm here to show you the way.
